Galway’s All-Ireland senior and minor hurling champions will return home today and we have no doubt that they will receive a welcomed and exciting response.

The teams celebrated their respective victories in the CityWest Hotel last night and we are pretty sure there will be some very sore heads this morning.

The teams are due to leave Dublin this afternoon and the plan is that their first stop will be at The Fairgreen in Ballinasloe at 3pm. Supporters can apparently access The Fairgreen on foot via Society Street and Harris Road.

Their journey will continue onto Pearse Stadium in Salthill arriving at appoximately 6.30pm where Galway County Council are said to host a civic welcome and homecoming.

We believe the team deserves a heroic return so hopefully many of you can make it out to see the players and celebrate their glory. As their proud Official Insurance Partner, we have been looking at articles all morning and we have seen some magnificent photos which we have included below in case you missed any of the action.
